COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the John Crane BF50271 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elizabeth-scheu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ohio product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the BMQ12623 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C2004015 manufactured by Elizabeth-scheu and we are pleased to be able to service most Elizabeth-scheu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D842750R by Manufacturer Ohio as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CNFJ6123DBY121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micron such as DT1150100RM11552 equipment made by Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D651352 made by Rex as well as the popular CNHJ4095Y11 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHH6195DBYSB174 by Sumitomo and DT1150100RM11552 spares by Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BHHS25AY Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
